Your phone rings while you're walking a buyer through a house, and the caller is standing in front of your sign across town. VVOXA answers on the first ring, day or night, answers from your listing notes, asks your questions, books the showing and puts the calls you choose straight through to you.
$1,000 setup, then $500 a month. First month free. No per-minute charges. See pricing

Sunday, 2:14 PM: a call from in front of your sign
Jen, the agent at this sample business, is in the middle of a showing on the other side of town. Her notes on the Heron Bend Court listing are in VVOXA's facts, and booking is switched on for showings.

What VVOXA did
Booked a showing for Saturday at 10 AM and left the price question for Jen to call back about

AveryPalmetto Lane Realty, this is Avery. How can I help?
CallerHi, I'm out front of your sign on Heron Bend Court. Is it still available? Could I see it Saturday?
AveryIt's still on the market, yes. Jen has Saturday at ten or eleven thirty for showings. Which works better?
CallerTen. And do you think they'd take four fifty?
AveryI can't speak for the seller on price, but I'll make sure Jen knows you asked. Can I get your name?
CallerChris Daley.
AveryThanks, Chris. Is the number you're calling from the best one to reach you?
CallerYeah.
AveryAnd are you pre-approved yet, or just starting to look?
CallerPre-approved.
AveryGreat. You're booked to see Heron Bend Court on Saturday at ten, and Jen will call you back about the price.
CallerPerfect, thanks.
A sample call, written out to show how VVOXA handles it. The business, the caller and the house are made up for this page.
Two things to notice. It said the house is still on the market because Jen's notes say so; it can't check the MLS. And it didn't guess what the seller would take. That question went to Jen in the write-up, with Chris's number and pre-approval, and the showing is already on her calendar.
Calls it handles for you
Here's what it can do with the calls an agent's phone gets. You choose what it asks each kind of caller on the setup call.
Sign and listing calls
It answers from the listing notes you give it: price, bedrooms and baths, HOA fees, pet rules, the next open house. Then it offers a showing, or takes a message if you'd rather book showings yourself.
Buyers
It asks your questions, one at a time: the area they want, their price range, when they want to move, whether they're pre-approved, and whether they're already working with an agent. The answers are in the write-up, so you can see who to call first.
Sellers
It takes the address, the kind of home, when they want to sell and the best time to reach them, and books a listing appointment if you want it to. It never gives a value.
Renters
If you handle rentals, it asks what they want and when they need to move. If you don't, it says so politely.
Open houses
Dates, times and addresses, from your facts. It gives the address you gave it, never a guess.
Your clients
A buyer asking about the inspection, a seller asking for showing feedback: it takes a message marked for you, or puts them through if you've said so.
Calls it puts through to you
You choose which calls ring your cell, and it puts them through to the number you give. If you're mid-showing and don't pick up, the caller can leave a voicemail, and the call is still written up in your account.
A seller ready to list now. Someone who wants you at their house this week.
A pre-approved buyer who wants to see a house today.
Another agent calling about an offer on one of your listings.
A client under contract, during the weeks that matter: inspection, appraisal, closing.
Anyone who asks for you by name and doesn't want to leave a message, if you'd like those too.
VVOXA isn't an emergency service. If a caller says someone is in danger, it's instructed to tell them to call 911; it can't send help (Terms, section 6.3).
What it won't say
An agent's phone gets questions an assistant shouldn't answer. It leaves these to you.
What a home is worth. It won't give a value, a price range or an opinion on an offer. A seller who asks gets a listing appointment or a callback from you.
What a seller will take. It doesn't speak for your sellers. Anything in its facts is something it may say to a caller, so keep what a seller told you in confidence out of its notes.
Lockbox, gate and alarm codes. For the same reason, keep them out of its notes.
What a neighborhood is like. Questions about schools, safety or who lives in an area are ones you may want to answer yourself. On the setup call we can tell it to pass them to you.
Contract, legal or lending advice. Questions about a contract, a disclosure or what someone can borrow get a message for you.
Live listing status. It can't look anything up in the MLS. It knows what's in your notes, so update them when a house goes pending or sells.
Check with your broker. Ask your broker what an assistant on your line may say to the public, and we'll set it up that way on the setup call. This page isn't legal advice.
Your calendar and CRM, honestly
Each connection stays off until you switch it on.
Google Calendar.
Built in. Showings go into open times in your VVOXA calendar, with Google Calendar kept in sync, so it never offers a time you're busy there. Each booking carries the caller's notes, such as which house.
Cal.com.
Reads your busy times and puts bookings in.
Calendly (a pilot).
Reads your busy times. Putting bookings into Calendly needs a paid Calendly plan.
HubSpot (in beta).
Adds callers as contacts and logs each call.
GoHighLevel.
Adds callers as contacts and keeps the calendar in step.
A web address of your own.
Sends each call to Zapier, Make or n8n.
VVOXA doesn't connect to Follow Up Boss or kvCORE. The web-address option can send each call to Zapier, but we haven't checked whether it can carry the call on into either one, so ask us before you plan around it.
Hear how it qualifies a caller
On our home page, choose Lead qualification, put your number in, and it rings you in about twenty seconds. The demo plays a general business, so its questions are general: what you're looking for, how big the job is and when. On your line it asks the buyer and seller questions you choose.
A new sign in a yard, a price drop or an open house can bring a run of calls in a couple of days. VVOXA is $500 a month whatever the call count, with no per-minute or per-call charge, so your busiest weekend costs the same as a quiet one. See pricing for what's included and when you pay.

Questions real estate agents ask
Can it book showings on my calendar?
Yes, when booking is switched on. It offers open times from your VVOXA calendar, with Google Calendar kept in sync, so it never offers a time you're already busy there. Cal.com works too.
Can it qualify buyer and seller leads?
Yes. It asks the questions you choose, one at a time: area, price range, timeline and pre-approval for buyers, say, or address and timeline for sellers. The answers are in the write-up of each call, and the calls you've said are urgent come straight through to you.
Can it answer questions about my listings?
Yes, from the listing notes you give it: price, rooms, HOA fees, pet rules, open house times. It can't check the MLS, so when a house goes under contract, update its notes in your account or tell us.
What does it tell a seller who asks what their home is worth?
That you'll go over it with them. It never gives a value or a price range. It takes the address and their timeline, then books a listing appointment or takes a message for a callback, whichever you prefer.
Will callers know it's AI?
A buyer calling from your sign hears your greeting and gets answers from your listing notes. Some will notice it's AI and some won't. It never claims to be a person, so a buyer who asks whether they're speaking to you is told it's an automated assistant, and you choose whether it also says so at the start of every call. To hear what a buyer hears, have it call you.
Does it work with Follow Up Boss, kvCORE or HubSpot?
HubSpot, yes, in beta: it adds callers as contacts and logs each call. VVOXA doesn't connect to Follow Up Boss or kvCORE. It can send each call to a web address of your own for Zapier, Make or n8n, but ask us before you count on that reaching either one.
Can it text the caller?
Only once your business has its own texting number registered with the phone carriers, and only for callers who say yes. Then it can text a showing confirmation, one reminder about an hour before, and a note if the showing is moved or cancelled. Until then it sends no texts. See what the texts look like.
Is it cheaper than a live answering service?
It depends on how many calls you get. VVOXA is $500 a month with no per-minute or per-call charge, after a $1,000 setup and a free first month. A service that bills by the minute or the call can cost less in a quiet month and more in a busy one, so compare your busiest month; our pricing page shows how.
Hear VVOXA answer it the way it would answer a buyer at your sign. Put your number in on our home page and it calls you in about twenty seconds, or ring our demo line on (650) 754-4948 and book a practice appointment.
