Voxa Demo Line Text Message Terms

Last updated 2 October 2026

In short. By saying yes when Voxa’s demo line asks, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Voxa (Daniel Loshkarev, doing business as Voxa) at the number you called from, about the practice appointment you booked on that call: a confirmation, a reminder, a reply if you answer YES or NO, and a note if it is cancelled. Message frequency varies, usually 2 or 3 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For more help, email info@vvoxa.com or call (704) 728-5492. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of booking. These texts are also covered by our Privacy Policy. See Proof of consent for how the question is asked.

Program: Voxa demo line appointment texts. Sender: Daniel Loshkarev, a Florida sole proprietor doing business as Voxa (vvoxa.com), Cape Coral, Florida. Texts come from: (650) 754-4948, Voxa’s demo line. Who gets them: people who call the demo line, book a practice appointment on the call, and say yes when asked whether Voxa may text them about it. Why: to confirm that booking, remind them of it, and tell them if it is cancelled.

Voxa makes an AI phone receptionist for small businesses. Anyone can call Voxa’s demo line, (650) 754-4948, to try it. The call opens by saying it is the Voxa demo line. The receptionist then plays the front desk of a sample business so you can hear how it works. You are still talking to Voxa the whole time: the sample business does not exist, never asks for your consent, never gets your number and never texts you. The question about texts names Voxa, and every text comes from Voxa, in its own name.

This program covers only Voxa’s own texts about bookings made on its demo line. Voxa sends no texts for any other business under it, and the “Have it call you” demo on our home page never sends texts.

What we send

That is all. No marketing, no offers, no links, and nothing about anything other than the booking you made. We never start a text conversation before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm Eastern Time; the short answer to your YES or NO goes straight away.

How often

Message frequency varies. Usually 2 or 3 texts per booking: the confirmation, the reminder, and a short answer if you reply YES or NO. One more if the booking is cancelled. If you don't book again, you won't hear from us again.

How you agreed

After a time is agreed on the call, and before the booking is made, the receptionist asks:

“Want Voxa to text you about this booking at this number? That's usually 2 or 3 texts: a confirmation, a reminder an hour before, and a note if anything changes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Terms are at vvoxa.com/demo-texts and privacy at vvoxa.com/privacy. Would you like these texts, yes or no?”

We text you only if you say yes, and only at the number you are calling from. Saying no doesn't stop you booking. Your answer is in the call’s transcript and is saved with the booking, together with your number, the time and the call it was given on.

Your yes is consent to these texts from Voxa only. It covers only the booking you made on that call. It cannot be transferred or assigned to anyone else, and it is never sold, rented or shared. Only say yes if you are the account holder for the phone you are calling from, or have the account holder’s permission.

Proof of consent

Callers agree out loud on the phone, so this section shows the whole consent step from start to finish: where the number is published, the question the receptionist asks on a real call, and the first text a caller who says yes receives.

1. Where callers find the number

The demo line, (650) 754-4948, is published on our home page, vvoxa.com, next to a link to these terms.

2. The question, word for word, on a real call

A real call to the demo line on 2 October 2026 (call ID call_murdm1ktzprdcn; the caller's number is partly hidden). After the caller picks a time, the receptionist asks the question below, and texts are sent only after a clear yes. The call recording and transcript are kept, and once this program is approved the answer is also saved with the booking, the number, the time and the call ID. These lines are copied word for word from the call's transcript.

Receptionist: “Want Voxa to text you about this booking at this number? That's usually 2 or 3 texts: a confirmation, a reminder an hour before, and a note if anything changes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Terms are at vvoxa.com/demo-texts and privacy at vvoxa.com/privacy. Would you like these texts, yes or no?”
Caller: “Yes.”

Transcript of the 2 October 2026 call to the Voxa demo line, with the consent question, the caller's yes and the spoken confirmation highlighted.

Before carrier approval: until the phone carriers approve this program, the line asks the same question but sends no text and saves no booking, and it tells a caller who says yes that no text will come. In the call above it said: “You’re down for Voxa’s texts, though they won’t arrive for this booking.” Once the program is approved, the first text below is sent after a yes.

3. The first text

The first text confirms the opt-in, with the message frequency, the rates line, HELP and STOP. Texts start once this program is approved by the carriers.

The first text: Hi Matt, you're booked: your practice appointment on Sat, Oct 3 at 11:00 AM with Voxa. Need to change it? Call (650) 754-4948. We'll text you a reminder before then. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Consent to texts is never a condition of booking: a caller who says no is still booked and simply gets no texts.

Message and data rates may apply

Your carrier may charge for the texts you receive and any reply you send. Voxa never charges you for them.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
