Accessibility at Voxa
Last updated 26 September 2026
Voxa should work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control, captions, a switch device or only a keyboard. That covers vvoxa.com, your Voxa account, our emails and receipts, the support chat, and the phone assistant we run for businesses.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We don't claim full conformance yet. The gaps we know about are listed below, and we fix them as we find them.
How we checked
In September 2026 we reviewed vvoxa.com page by page: the home page and the demo-call form, checkout, receipts, sign-in, sign-up, password reset, the customer account, the support chat, the Terms and the Privacy Policy, plus our emails and text messages. We used automated checks (axe-core), keyboard-only walk-throughs, checks at phone sizes and at 200% zoom, colour contrast checks, and a review of what each page gives to a screen reader. We then fixed what we found. We have not yet tested with every screen reader; testing with VoiceOver and NVDA is next.
Known limitations
- Payment happens on Stripe's checkout page, which Stripe builds and runs. If it doesn't work for you, email us and we'll help you pay another way.
- Security checks. Sign-in and the demo-call form use Cloudflare's "verify you're human" check. If you can't get past it, email us.
- Silence on calls. The phone assistant may end a call after a long silence. If you use a relay service, say "this is a relay call" at the start, and if the call drops, email us and we'll call you back through relay.
Tell us about a barrier
If anything on our site, in your account, in an email, a text or a call doesn't work for you, tell us. You don't need to be a customer.
- Email: info@vvoxa.com, with "Accessibility" in the subject.
- Phone: (704) 728-5492. Relay calls are welcome; dial 711 first.
It helps to tell us the page, email or call, what you were trying to do, and, if you know them, your device, browser and assistive technology.
What happens next
We reply within 2 business days and give you a fix or a plan within 5 business days. If a barrier stops you buying, paying, cancelling or getting into your account, we help you straight away by email or phone while we fix it.
Other ways to get things done
- Buy Voxa: email us and we'll set you up and send you a secure payment link.
- Cancel: email [email protected] from your account's email address. We cancel as of the day we receive it, as the Terms say. You don't have to use the online billing page.
- Receipts, Terms and Privacy Policy: ask and we'll email them to you as plain text.
- Account help: if you can't sign in or reset your password, email us and we'll sort it out with you.
If you called a business that uses Voxa
Each business chooses how its calls are answered. If you couldn't get through to a business because of its Voxa assistant, tell the business and tell us, and we'll work with them to fix it.
